Current rate schedule as of January 2013. [PDF] Consulting services will be performed on an hourly basis and billed based on the time actually spent on a project. All times in proposals are estimates only and include necessary documentation if not stated otherwise. Times quoted do not include travel times and non-task specific meetings and activities. Billing will be monthly based on time sheets submitted with invoice. Material and travel expenses are not included and will be billed separately at cost. A prepayment of 20% of the estimated consulting fees will be necessary for each major project step. Hourly Rates
Travel Expenses The current System Safety, Inc. travel policy for consulting and testing services applies. Fixed Price Option The estimated consulting and testing costs of any project specific proposal can be converted to a fixed price contract at 1.5 times the estimated consulting and testing cost. Indemnification Any company contracting SSI agrees to indemnify System Safety, Inc. from all liability claims resulting from services rendered.
